5. Tracking Information

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates through the courier provider.

6. Failed Deliveries

• Recipient is unavailable
• Parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts

However, we will assist customers and vendors in resolving shipping-related issues where possible.
