Welcome to Makanologic Foods. Customer satisfaction is important to us. As a multi-vendor marketplace supporting local Malaysian products, we work closely with vendors to ensure quality products and reliable service.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing items from order
  • Expired food products
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Order not received

All requests must be submitted within:

  • 3 days of delivery for food and consumable products
  • 7 days of delivery for non-consumable products

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless proven defective:

  • Opened food items
  • Perishable products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or promotional items

3. Return Request Process

To request a refund or return, customers must:

  • Contact our support team
  • Provide order number
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Submit request within the eligible timeframe

Requests may be rejected if insufficient evidence is provided.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement product

Refund processing time may take between 7–14 working days depending on payment providers and banks.


5. Vendor Responsibility

As a marketplace platform:

  • Vendors are responsible for product quality and fulfillment
  • Vendors may be required to accept valid return or refund claims
  • Makanologic Foods reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions where necessary

6. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious refund requests
  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity
  • Withhold refunds pending investigation
